So first of all, you make your order online, pay for the diet plan of your choice and sit back and wait for it to arrive. Pretty simple so far and if you are super busy, then you can sneak the order in from your computer at work. Just don’t let the boss know, okay!

When your diet plan arrives, its going to be in one of two forms, there will be either frozen meals that you stow away in your freezer, or room temperature meals that you can store in a pantry or the fridge is they have to be kept cold. Then you get a plan of what meals you eat and when, usually three a day, like breakfast, lunch and the main meal with a dessert and all you have to do is take the designated meal and do what it tells you to do on the pack. Either it’ll be eat straight from the fridge, like a salad or something, or heat in a microwave like a main meal.
